About Anadara Press
Anadara Press is a new, independent press that will be specializing in producing books
on natural history. Our new book, Bivalve Seashells of Florida, by Trish Hartmann, is
now available on this website.
You can order the book on this website using a credit card, check, or PayPal for
payment (go to Ordering Information or Order Now pages). We do not accept phone
or fax orders at this time.
The book will be available soon in stores and on other websites; click HERE for a
current list of stores.

Mail is checked each business day and is usually answered on the same day. When we
are closed for vacation, a notice will be posted here to let you know when you will be
able to reach us.
Problem Resolution
If you have a problem with an order, do not hesitate to e-mail us at:

We will give your problem quick attention. If you wish, put you phone number in the email
and we will give you a call to get the problem solved. But before contacting us, please
allow enough time for your book to arrive in the mail. The U.S. Postal Service has
advised us that Media Mail takes 4 to 6 business days to arrive, but we all know that the
mail can take a few days longer during holiday times, and after unusual events, such as
major storms, etc. We typically e-mail you when we receive your order, and again when
we send it out, so if you have placed an order within the last 4 days and have not
received an email confirmation, please email us. If for some reason we anticipate delays
in filling or shipping orders, we will put a notification to that effect here on the website.
If you feel that too much time has gone by since you placed your order, and you have
not gotten an answer to your e-mail to us, you can call us at 813-961-7587. Please
leave a message, and we will return the call within a day (on business days). Please do
not call to place a phone order (we cannot take phone orders) or to merely check on an
order that has been recently placed.

If you are interested in carrying our books in your store, please email us at:

or write to us at the address shown above. Although we sell directly to customers online,
many people feel more comfortable buying from a "bricks & mortar" store. We
encourage visitors to our website to purchase in stores by providing a list of stores on
this website which they can click on from the Home Page, the Navigation Bar ("Stores")
and the ordering pages.
